Lilith is the mother of demons. In her forge, each demon is an app — a will given shape and chained, by contract, to the work you keep meaning to finish. You set the goal. The demon makes sure you keep it.
The Covenant
Three terms bind every demon that leaves the forge. Break none of them, and neither will the demon.
Creation and discipline are one flame
Creativity without discipline is smoke. Discipline without something worth making is just drudgery in better handwriting. A demon that cannot serve both never leaves the circle.
The contract has teeth
A demon that only flatters you is a pet. Ours notice the moment you flinch, and they are extremely clear about what quitting costs. You agreed to this.
Only what survives is counted
Beginnings are cheap and the forge knows it. What we build for is the long middle, where nobody is watching and the thing is not interesting yet.
The Brood
Three are named. One walks free, one is still in the forge, and one is out working a single season with a single team.
Inkubus
Bound to your word count. It turns a deadline into a daily quota and keeps the streak honest. Delete your own hard-won pages and it turns on you.
Cronus
A keeper of calendars with no patience for a day that slips away unspent. It reads whatever you have to do and chains each piece of it to the hour it belongs in.
Coglin
Small, mischievous, and relentless about every part of a season. Build boards, meeting notes, award evidence, outreach and portfolio planning for a FIRST® Tech Challenge season.
Inkubus
Name your target — "a novel, drafted in a year" — and Inkubus carves it into a daily word goal and a phase-by-phase plan, with a streak you'll fight to keep. Feed it words and the demon grins. Unwrite your own work, and it does not.
Coglin
First-place Inspire is worth 60 advancement points. Winning the event outright is worth 40. That award gets decided by fifteen portfolio pages, an outreach record, and a season of decisions nobody thought to write down. Coglin keeps all of it: boards for the build, criteria lifted straight from the Competition Manual, and every task and photo tied to the award it helps win.
